Mirko Farina是麦考瑞大学哲学博士（人类认知和脑科学），现为厦门大学-莫斯科大学数字经济与人工系统研究中心（IDEAS）的人机交互实验室负责人和高级研究员，《数字创新杂志》（Journal of Digital Innovation）的创始主编和联合主编。他的学术成果丰富，大约有100篇经同行评议的出版成果，其中许多文章发表在哲学和计算机科学领域的顶尖（Q1）期刊上，还有几篇收录在知名出版社的重要文集中。Mirko Farina参与编辑了两本书（Expertise: Philosophical Perspectives, 2024, Oxford, UK: OUP; Philosophy, Expertise and The Myth of Neutrality, 2024, London, UK: Routledge），还在期刊上合作编辑了关于分布式认知的专刊（“Distributed and Embodied Cognition in Scientific Contexts,” Frontiers in Psychology, 2023）以及关于机器学习对社会影响的专刊（“Machine Learning in Society: Philosophical, Scientific, and Sociological Perspectives,” Philosophy & Technology, 2024）。
