讲座人：TAN Hui，谭辉教授，伦敦大学皇家豪洛威管理学院战略管理和国际商务学终身正教授，中国人民大学和北京对外经贸大学访问教授。主要研究领域为企业国际化过程中的国际投资战略，包括：新兴市场/转型经济中的外资投资战略、跨国公司如何建立永续竞争优势、高技术企业的技术创新机制和高技术产业的平台化和生态化，以及国际兼并中的管理与整合问题。

讲座摘要：The convergence of the AI revolution, U.S.-China geopolitical tensions and outdated tariff rules demands a fundamental overhaul of global economic governance. The current framework, built for physical goods, is                unsuitable for AI ecosystems, data-driven value and platform multinationals. Regulation must shift from tariffs to       overseeing digital services, cross-border data flows and algorithmic competition.
