Xue-Yang Song obtained her PhD in physics from Harvard University and works on strongly correlated phenomena in condensed matter physics.

 

讲座介绍:

I will first discuss the mechanism for superconductivity upon doping chiral spin liquid. A topological superconductor  is obtained with a wavefunction obtained from Gutzwiller projecting a product of quantum Hall wavefunction. The    connection to the storied anyon driven superconductivity is then revealed. We then propose that superconductivity  emerges naturally near the phase transition between two topologically distinct insulators in a suitable magnetic         field….
