讲座内容：Soft electronics have drawn significant research interests for applications in wearable/implantable physiological monitoring and stimulation, prostheses and soft robotics, as well as human-machine interfaces. As the core components of these above-mentioned systems, stretchable/flexible sensors that can conformably adhere to human skin or tissue have been widely developed. In this presentation, a design concept is introduced to reduce cross-sensitivity by using local conditioning and error-suppression circuits. This circuit design strategy has been applied for stretchable temperature sensors and biosensors, with both carbon nanotube thin film transistors and organic polymer thin film transistors.

讲座人介绍：朱晨昕， 国家级青年人才，2012年于中国科学院微电子研究所获微电子与固体电子学博士学位，主要方向为电荷俘获型存储器；2012-2014年于南京大学从事博士后研究，主要方向为新型光电探测器芯片；2015-2018年于美国斯坦福大学担任博士后研究员，合作导师电子工程系Boris Murmann教授和化学工程系Zhenan Bao教授，主要方向为柔性电子器件与电路；2019-2021年任斯坦福大学工程学院研究员，后加入Intel公司任高级研发工程师。现任中国科学技术大学信息学院/国家示范性微电子学院特任教授，博士生导师，主要研究方向是新型半导体器件、柔性器件与电路、智能感知系统等。
