随着网络时代的到来，网络与信息安全风险也受到越来越多的关注，而世界各国都在通过立法的手段加强网络与信息安全保护。本报告以中国为背景，从网络安全的内涵出发，讲述个人信息安全如何保护、网络运营者应当承担什么样的网络安全保护义务以及关键信息基础设施安全怎样保障。
With the advent of the cyber era, cyber security risks have attracted more and more attention, and all countries in the world are strengthening cyber security protection by means of legislation.Taking China as the background, this lecture will start from the meaning of cyber security, describes how to protect personal information, what kinds of obligations network operators should undertake for cyber security and how to guarantee the security of critical information infrastructure.
