This is especially true for modern transportation applications like electrical vehicles and more electric aircraft where the space and carrier capability is limited. However, there are challenges related with transportation applications such as fault tolerance for safety concern, harsh environment and more strict electromagnetic compatibility requirement. Dr. Wang will share his research and development experience on high power density, harsh environment converter design, electromagnetic interference and other related research topics.
