应能源与动力工程学院张家忠教授的邀请，俄罗斯科学院著名物理学家Sergey V. Prants教授于9月13日至9月27日来我校进行学术访问，并在此期间举行系列学术讲座，欢迎各位老师和同学届时参加讲座并讨论交流。
Sergey V. Prants教授目前在Russian Academy of Sciences工作，长期从事非线性动力学、大气及海洋流体力学、量子力学、凝聚态物理等问题的研究，先后在Journal of Physics A-mathematical and Theoretical, Physical Review, Physica D, Chaos等顶级学术期刊上发表了数篇有影响的论文，是该领域的著名学者，在国际上享有盛誉。由于其学术贡献突出，Sergey V. Prants教授在2014年第5届国际非线性科学与复杂性大会上被授予Lagrange奖。
