On the Effectiveness in Engineering Research and Publications
It was predicted that China will surpass the US as the world’s largest economy in the next 20 years or so. China is so called the “World Factory” at the current stage, which is basically a labor-based economy. In order to allow proper growth to a higher level, China will have to be transformed from a labor-based economy to a knowledge-based economy. In doing so, massive university graduates and advanced post-graduate research are needed in this transformation process. In this talk, a systematic approach for carrying out post-graduate engineering research and scientific publications effectively will be introduced and discussed.
