报告简介：Shearography is a powerful tool to reveal defect induce strain. This technique was initially developed for strain measurement. Since defect induced strain concentration around them, Shearography can provide an effective method for NDT and material characterizations. Shearography measures derivative phase change difference that can be quantitatively analyzed with the introduction of phase shift technique in the measurement system. Shearography is highly dependent on inspector’s skill and also affect the in situ workability. However, if these factors were optimized, it is still difficult to determine these factors exactly because they are related to the type, geometry and orientation of the defect. The changes of optical phase due to displacement behaviour are correlated to the nature and type of load imposed to the inspected object. In Malaysian Nuclear Agency, Leading Edge NDT Technology (LENDT) Group has developed a new mobile advanced Laser NDT system based on shearography arrangement through local and National fund. The objectives are to develop a portable laser NDT system for field inspection and to develop a software that can provide lived 3D results. This new laser system, called Sniper Avantgarde, is a combination from laser and optical equipment. Sniper is referring to the laser source which targets the area of interest during NDT inspection. While Avantgarde refers to the innovative Laser NDT system which allow results to be produced in the form of critical mapping of the stress distribution areas. The Sniper Avantgarde system is easy to handle and light in weight.
