Prof. Chi To Daniel Ng is Professor in the Department ofLogistics and Maritime Studies and Director of the Logistics ResearchCentre at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. He received his PhD inOperations Management from The Chinese University of Hong Kong. Hisresearch interests include healthcare management, supply chain andinventory management, scheduling and routing, container logistics, andbehavioral operations. Prof. Ng has published over 190 papers in leadinginternational joumals and serves as Editor of the Intemational Joumal ofShipping and Transport Logistics and Associate Editor of the Asia-PacificJournal ofoperationsResearch.
