Liquid biopsy is a highly significant research direction in tumor diagnosis and real-time monitoring. It can be minimally invasive/non-invasive and real-time/multiple sampling, and overcome the tumor heterogeneity. Liquid biopsy offers real-time monitoring for tumor development and guidance of personalized medication, with high sensitivity and specificity. With so many advantages, liquid biopsy has great clinical value. The heterogeneity and clone evolution of tumor is one of the challenges in tumor diagnosis and treatment. Professor Liu Xiaolong will share his research progress in liquid biopsy and clone evolution of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) in recent years.
液体活检是肿瘤诊断与实时监控的重要方向，具有微创/无创、实时/多次采样、可克服肿瘤异质性、可实时监测肿瘤发生发展和指导个性化用药、高灵敏度和高特异性等诸多优点，具有重要的临床价值。肿瘤异质性和克隆性演化，是肿瘤诊断与治疗面临的重要挑战之一。 刘小龙教授将分享课题组近年来在肝癌液体活检与克隆演化方面的研究进展。
